Dallas, Texas is primed up for a chocolate explosion as The Chocolate Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary. For three days, Dallas will be overflowing with chocolate made from local and foreign chocolatiers. Starting on Fri., Sept. 6 from 7-10 p.m., the VIP Party is where one can explore the spirits of the evening with chocolates to sample, tasty treats, a VIP goody bag, a chocolate fountain so much more that you will feel like you are in Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. This event is for adults 21+.

From 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sat. and Sun., Sept. 7 and 8., the main event takes place and you can sample chocolates from 60 different chocolatiers. There will be plenty of chocolates to sample, treats to eat, lectures, demos, food trucks and fun. Even young, developing chocolate lovers are welcomed as there is a kid’s fun area for them.

For true chocolate explorers, you can purchase tickets for onsite classes and enjoy learning how chocolate goes from bean to bar, how to pair beer with chocolate, Texas wines with chocolate, Port wines with chocolate and the history of chocolate.
